Elecnor strengthens US presence with purchase of Hawkeye

Acquires Hawkeye LLC infrastructure company from Willbros for EUR 20 million Elecnor Hawkeye will provide infrastructure services serving electricity and gas companies in the North East and Mid-Atlantic states Madrid, 19 November 2013.- Elecnor has reached an agreement with Willbros of the US to acquire its subsidiary, Hawkeye LLC. With turnover in excess of USD 80 million, Hawkeye provides engineering, construction and maintenance services to the electricity, natural gas and telecoms industries. This deal will strengthen Elecnor's position in the United States and help drive its expansion there.
